Fitness is about health, feeling good, and being able to move freely without pain. Whether it’s running, climbing, or just doing everyday movements, we focus on strengthening your body from the inside out by understanding its mechanics.

MEET YOUR COACH
XAVIER - Cert 3/4 Fitness, Chef, Nutrition Level 1, Strength Level 1
Xavier has always struggled to gain weight and build muscle. He followed the standard bodybuilding programs, but they never led to the success he hoped for. He then tried powerlifting, hitting impressive personal bests, but still didn't find the results he was after. So, he turned to calisthenics, to learn skills that anyone can do.
Xavier hit his lowest point when he developed tendinitis in both elbows, biceps, triceps, thumbs, and disruptions in his forearms, along with scapula imbalance and groin pain. It was during this time that he realized fitness isn’t just about how you look.
After finding the right mentor and training style, Xavier healed from all his injuries and reached the peak of his physical condition at 34 years old. Through this journey, he learned first hand how the body moves and now believes that to teach it, you must truly master it—just reading a book doesn’t make you a specialist.
